• Problems occurring under normal usage conditions

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty will not be applicable in the following situations:

• Damage caused by earthquakes or seismic movements
• Damage caused by rubbing, cutting, drilling, or any physical impact on the waterproofed surface
• Any construction, repair, or modification work performed on the roof after waterproofing
• Structural movement or major building changes
• Damage caused by third-party activities

Customer Responsibility

The customer must protect the waterproofed surface from any damage and should consult Pak Chemical Services before carrying out any repair, drilling, construction, or modification work on the treated area.
